Florida, USA — March 18, 2026— The Lab Trading today announced the launch of The Lab Live, a daily live trading show streaming on YouTube. The show covers both London and New York futures sessions every weekday, giving traders a front-row seat to all significant futures sessions.
Think of The Lab Live as sitting next to a trader while they work. Before the market opens, you watch them prepare. Building a plan and setting rules for the session. Then the bell rings and you watch them execute. Or not. Some days the best decision is doing nothing, and you see that too.
The show fills a gap in online trading education, where most content is either recorded after the fact or edited to show only winning trades. Lab Live takes the opposite approach. Every session is unfiltered. Losses, flat days, and the decision to sit on your hands are treated with the same transparency as winning trades.
The show also brings in outside voices. A few times a month, Lab Live features guest appearances from funded traders sharing how they approach their own preparation, as well as trading psychologists and mindset coaches who break down the mental game behind consistent execution. These aren't scripted interviews. They happen live, during real sessions, so the audience gets to hear how different traders think through the same market conditions in real time.
The Lab Live streams Monday through Friday, with London sessions beginning at 2:00AM EST, New York AM sessions at 8:00AM EST, and New York PM sessions at 2:00PM EST. All sessions are free to watch on YouTube, and past sessions are recorded for study viewing.
